How does it work?
As soon as you sign up, within 24 hours I will send you a WhatsApp to introduce myself! I'll ask you to summarise your project and send a few inspirational images, so I can understand your style, and then you can start asking your questions!! Within 24 hours you will also get access to the Instagram page (@renovation.support.club), you will just need to ask to join the page, and I will let you in! When you cancel your membership you are also removed from the Instagram page.

Am I tied in?
No, its a rolling monthly payment so you can cancel at anytime! If you just need a little help with one room you can join for a month, but if you're managing a larger renovation you might want to stay for longer - it's totally up to you! There's also no joining fee or hidden costs - It's £40 per month - that's it, you just cancel when you want!

How quickly will you come back to me?
Francesca will check WhatsApp messages every week day (Mon-Fri) and will come back to you within 48 hours (usually quicker but 48 hours max.)

How many questions can I ask?
As many as you need! Francesca will only deal with one at a time though, this is to make sure we get the jobs done that you need, in the order you need, without any miscommunication, but once we've resolved one, we can move to the next!

Can you help me with floorplans?
No, but if you require floorplans then an e-design package is your best bet!
